Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the 777n platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and 777n.

By completing the account registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise accessing any part of the 777n platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms unconditionally. This acceptance is effective immediately upon the relevant action and applies to all subsequent use of the platform.

777n reserves the right to require you to re-confirm your acceptance of updated Terms at any time, particularly following material changes to this document. Failure to confirm acceptance when requested may result in restricted access to your account until confirmation is provided.

Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use a 777n account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 777n strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under the age of 21. This requirement applies regardless of any lower age of majority that may be applicable under local law.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where such prohibition applies to you personally.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 777n or any of its partner companies, studios, or payment processors, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
• You must not be listed on any governmental or regulatory exclusion register or self-exclusion database applicable to online gambling platforms.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility requirements are met and that the information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Misrepresentation of eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 777n platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts, cancellation of any pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings held within those accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 777n will never contact you to request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your account while you are logged in is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity.

777n reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or close an account at its sole discretion, including in cases where eligibility requirements are not met, where suspicious activity is detected, or where compliance obligations require it.

Deposits & Withdrawals

777n accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the 777n platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Currency conversion is not offered.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 777n balance upon confirmed receipt by the platform. Mobile wallet deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically reflected within seconds of confirmation in your mobile wallet application. Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes depending on your issuing bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 777n does not charge any fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the 777n support team. 777n reserves the right to decline, delay, or reverse a withdrawal in cases where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where a chargeback or payment dispute is in progress. Funds that are the subject of an investigation may be held until the matter is resolved.

You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details registered on your account are accurate. 777n cannot be held liable for failed or misdirected transactions resulting from incorrect payment information provided by you.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 777n offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, deposit match promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 777n bonuses:

• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — refer to the specific promotion terms for details.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds have been exhausted. Winnings generated while playing with bonus funds are credited as bonus funds until wagering requirements are met.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or shared devices constitutes bonus abuse.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game operates according to its own published rules and return-to-player (RTP) figures, which are available within the game interface or upon request from the support team.

777n does not modify, interfere with, or influence the outcome of any game. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777n platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or using false or borrowed identities.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another individual during any stage of account use.
